Bestsellers

  1. Sea Foam Complete Face Wash

Sea Foam Complete Face Wash is intended to remove makeup, oil, and impurities while maintaining balanced, refreshed skin. Its formulation includes coconut water and coconut oil as core components. Coconut water may contribute lightweight hydration and provide trace minerals, while coconut oil functions as an emollient that can help dissolve oil-based impurities such as makeup and sebum. This combination may support effective cleansing without significantly disrupting your skin’s natural moisture balance.

Sea algae is included in the product as it is rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants, which may help support skin hydration and protect against environmental stressors. White tea extract is also present and is associated with antioxidant properties due to its polyphenol content. It may help neutralize free radicals generated by environmental exposure and contribute to skin clarity.

  2. Glow Baby Booster Serum

Glow Baby Booster Serum could brighten the skin, improve texture, and reduce the appearance of dullness and clogged pores. Vitamin C is included as a primary active component and functions as an antioxidant that may help neutralize free radicals generated by environmental exposure. It is also commonly associated with influencing melanin production, which might contribute to a more even skin tone and reduced appearance of discoloration.

The product also contains glycolic acid as an AHA that may exfoliate the outer layer of the skin by loosening the bonds that are present between dead skin cells. This process could help improve skin texture, unclog pores, and enhance brightness by promoting the removal of surface buildup.

  3. Wake Up Beautiful Overnight Retinoid Cream

Wake Up Beautiful Overnight Retinoid Cream may reduce the excessive appearance of fine lines and skin tone while supporting hydration and recovery during sleep.

The makers have added granactive retinoid, which may help with increasing skin cell turnover and supporting collagen-related processes, reducing the appearance of fine lines and improving skin texture over time. Melatonin is also included as an antioxidant and may support the overnight repair process.

The product also includes mushroom extracts to potentially help support moisture retention while contributing to a smoother skin surface, while quinoa is present as a source of antioxidants and amino acids such as lysine.

  4. Glow Baby Brightening Face Wash

Glow Baby Brightening Face Wash might remove impurities while improving skin brightness and texture through mild exfoliation and antioxidant support. The makers have added vitamin C, which is commonly associated with supporting a brighter appearance and more even skin tone by influencing pigmentation pathways. Alpha hydroxy acids are also present to potentially provide gentle exfoliation and improve texture.

  5. Future Youth Gravity Rebound Serum

Future Youth Gravity Rebound Serum could improve the appearance of skin firmness, elasticity, and texture while providing hydration and antioxidant support.

The formulation features the Flora+peptide-11™ complex, which includes a combination of five vegan peptides. Peptides are commonly used as signaling molecules that may influence collagen and elastin processes in the skin, potentially contributing to improved firmness and reduced appearance of wrinkles over time.

Functional flower extracts such as edelweiss and passionflower are included and may provide antioxidant and hydrating support. Edelweiss is associated with resilience to environmental stress and may help protect the skin from oxidative damage, while passionflower extract may contribute to moisture retention and a plumper skin appearance.

The formulators have also added Kombucha, a fermented black tea extract, which may help reduce the effects of glycation, which is a process where sugars bind to proteins like collagen, potentially contributing to stiffness and visible aging.

Phytonutrients such as strawberry seed oil and ellagic acid are also included and may provide antioxidant benefits. Strawberry seed oil contains fatty acids that may support the skin barrier, while ellagic acid is associated with neutralizing free radicals and contributing to overall skin protection.

  6. Future Youth Time Shift Eye Serum

Future Youth Time Shift Eye Serum may improve the appearance of puffiness and uneven texture around the eye area while supporting hydration and skin resilience.

The formula uses the Flora+peptide-11™ complex, while functional flower extracts such as edelweiss and passionflower are included to potentially provide antioxidant and hydrating support. The product also contains kombucha and phytonutrients such as strawberry seed oil and ellagic acid, which may provide additional antioxidant support.

  7. Bacne Warrior Acne Fighting Body Spray

Bacne Warrior Acne Fighting Body Spray could reduce acne on areas such as the back, chest, and shoulders by targeting clogged pores, excess oil, and inflammation. According to the official site, the product may be used on hard-to-reach areas to help manage breakouts, improve skin clarity, and maintain a more even texture.

Salicylic acid is included as the primary active component. As a beta hydroxy acid (BHA), it may penetrate into pores to dissolve excess sebum and debris, which can contribute to reducing blackheads, whiteheads, and active breakouts.

The makers have added niacinamide to the product, which may support skin barrier function while helping to regulate excess oil production and improve the appearance of enlarged pores. It is associated with reducing visible redness and uneven tone, which may complement the exfoliating effects of salicylic acid by helping maintain skin balance during acne treatment. Cucumber and aloe are included as soothing botanical topicals and may help reduce irritation associated with acne treatments.

  8. Wake Up Beautiful Retinoid Serum

Wake Up Beautiful Retinoid Serum may improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture, and dullness while supporting hydration and skin recovery during sleep.

The product contains granactive retinoid, which may help potentially reduce fine lines and improve skin texture. Melatonin is also included in the serum and functions as an antioxidant.

The makers have also added Mushroom-derived ingredients to potentially provide hydration through polysaccharides that help bind water to the skin. This may contribute to improved skin softness and reduced dryness.

Pacifica Advantages

  1. Omnichannel Presence

Pacifica Beauty highlights a wide retail and online accessibility and is available at major U.S. retailers, including Target, Ulta Beauty, and Whole Foods Market, as well as in select natural and grocery stores such as Sprouts Farmers Market. The brand also maintains a robust e-commerce presence through its official website and through Amazon and retail partners’ online platforms. This extensive availability means Pacifica products can be easily purchased through familiar retail and online channels, whether while shopping at Target or Ulta, or ordering directly online. This can make it simpler to try new options, restock essentials, or compare formulas without needing specialty boutiques.

  2. Clean Beauty Standards

Pacifica Beauty demonstrates an internally defined Compassion Standards™, which guide formulation, sourcing, and packaging across its entire portfolio. The brand claims to offer 100% vegan and cruelty-free products while excluding a broad list of over 1,800 ingredients, including commonly avoided substances like parabens, phthalates, and sulfates. Its formulations are positioned as safety-tested and developed with a blend of natural and lab-created ingredients, with much of its manufacturing based in the United States. Beyond ingredients, it also extends its standards to environmental considerations, including materials such as post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, glass, aluminum, and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified paper in its packaging. It means you can choose products that align with specific ethical and ingredient preferences without needing to scrutinize every label.

Pacifica Beauty Limitation

  1. Ingredient & Formulations Nuances

Pacifica Beauty does not align with more restrictive natural‑only standards. Some of its products contain essential oils or natural fragrances that can still trigger discomfort or irritation in people with highly sensitive or reactive skin. The brand also promotes actives such as Retinol, AHAs, and Hyaluronic Acid, but the exact concentrations of these ingredients are not consistently disclosed, which limits the level of formula transparency for users who prefer precise active‑ingredient data. This means if you have very sensitive skin or a history of fragrance‑ or essential‑oil‑related reactions, you may still experience irritation even though the products are labeled vegan and clean. The unclear disclosure of active concentrations also makes it harder for you to accurately compare potency with other brands or to manage your total active‑ingredient load across a routine. It can be a drawback if you’re building a targeted routine for concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, or aging.

Alternatives To Pacifica

  1. SandandSky

Sand & Sky builds its identity around Australian-sourced skincare, using ingredients such as Australian Pink Clay and Tasmanian Spring Water across the Porefining Face Mask, Intense Hydrating Mask, and Renewing Night Cream. Its messaging focuses on simple, effective formulas that avoid lengthy routines and emphasize quick, easy use. On the other hand, Pacifica Beauty takes a broader ethical and science-backed approach, combining natural ingredients with clinically studied formulations while emphasizing clearly defined internal standards and ingredient exclusions.

The product scope between the two brands also differs. As per their official website, Sand & Sky keeps its lineup centered on skincare categories like face masks, cleansers, moisturizers, blemish patches, and value kits such as the Pore Minimizing Kit, Skin Defense Kit, and Clean Sweep Kit. Meanwhile, Pacifica Beauty expands into multiple categories beyond skincare, including fragrance, haircare, body care, and makeup, while also offering a large skincare selection with products like the Glow Baby Booster Serum, Vegan Collagen Overnight Recovery Cream, and reusable undereye masks.

Their approach to routines also shows some contrast as Sand & Sky simplifies routines by offering targeted options like the Oil Control Clearing Face Mask, Marshmallow Toner, Dual Action Blemish Patches, and pre-built kits such as the Pimple Patrol Kit, allowing you to address concerns without layering too many steps. In comparison, Pacifica Beauty supports more detailed routines with multiple product types, including essences like the Matcha Tea Energizing Barrier Essence, barrier-focused products like the Vegan Ceramide Face Lotion, and eye-specific options like the Vegan Collagen Recovery Eye Cream.

Ingredient communication also differs in structure. Sand & Sky highlights a focused ingredient library including niacinamide for pore appearance and dark spots, vitamin C for brightening, along with acids, enzymes, peptides, and prebiotics and probiotics, directly tied to concerns like oil control, hydration, and texture. Pacifica Beauty combines similar actives but organizes them into distinct collections, such as Glow Baby with vitamin C products like Brightening Peel Pads with 10% AHA + BHA, and Vegan Ceramide for barrier-supporting products.

When it comes to product formats, Sand & Sky places strong emphasis on masks and kits, with options like the Australian Pink Clay Resurfacing Mask, Tasmanian Spring Water Intense Hydrating Mask, and Oil Control Clearing Face Mask forming the core of its lineup. These products are supported by complementary options like moisturizers and toners. On the other hand, Pacifica Beauty distributes its offerings across daily-use essentials, including cleansers like Melt For You Moisturizing Oil Cleanser, sprays like Clear Mist Facial Acne Spray, and tools such as the Future Youth Facial Massage Roller and reusable brow and undereye masks. Both brands emphasize clean beauty, but with different levels of depth. Sand & Sky focuses on clean, vegan, cruelty-free formulas that are PETA approved, free of unwanted ingredients, and supported by ethically sourced materials and recyclable packaging. Pacifica Beauty builds on this with its Compassion Standards, excluding over 1,800 ingredients while maintaining 100% vegan and cruelty-free formulations, and using packaging materials like post-consumer recycled plastic, glass, aluminum, and FSC-certified paper.

Sand & Sky keeps its ecosystem compact and centered on targeted skincare options for concerns like pores, oil control, hydration, and blemishes. Meanwhile, Pacifica Beauty operates on a broader scale, combining an extensive catalog, ingredient-led collections, and multiple product formats to address concerns ranging from barrier support and acne to brightening and aging.

  2. Gleamin

Gleamin keeps its focus on a brightening-led skincare routine, structured around steps like cleanse, mask, serum, moisturize, and oil. Its lineup revolves around Vitamin C Clay Mask, the Superactive Serum, and supporting products like the Clarifying Brightening Cleanser and Advanced Brightening Moisturizer. It also extends into body care and includes tools like applicator brushes and muslin cloths to support this routine. In comparison, Pacifica Beauty covers multiple categories, including skincare, fragrance, haircare, body care, and makeup. Its skincare range alone includes products like the Glow Baby Booster Serum, Wake Up Beautiful Retinoid Serum, and Future Youth Gravity Rebound Serum, reflecting a broader but less centralized catalog.

The ingredient strategy highlights a contrast between specialization and diversification. Gleamin builds its identity around its proprietary Gleam C™ complex, a blend of Kakadu Plum and Desert Lime that it highlights as containing over 100× more Vitamin C than oranges. This complex is positioned as more bioavailable, stable, and capable of deeper skin absorption, while preserving phytonutrients and antioxidants. It is consistently used across its core products to target concerns like hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and uneven tone. Pacifica Beauty does not rely on a single hero complex but instead emphasizes a wider ingredient philosophy centered on 100% vegan and cruelty-free formulations. It follows its Compassion Standards™ by excluding over 1,800 ingredients and combines natural and science-backed elements across different product lines, from retinoid-based formulas to barrier-support moisturizers.

As per the pricing structure, Gleamin’s core products typically fall within a mid-range, with options like the Clarifying Brightening Cleanser around $15, the Superactive Serum originally listed at $49, and larger formats like the Jumbo Vitamin C Clay Mask reaching $78. Pacifica Beauty, on the other hand, covers a more accessible range, with options such as cleansers starting at $5, serums like Glow Baby beginning at $10, and most skincare options like retinoid creams and facial lotions staying within the $16 to $24 range. This broader spread supports its multi-category presence and everyday usability across different product types.

Final Words

Pacifica Beauty offers a broad, routine-focused range, allowing you to maintain a cohesive routine within a single brand. Its emphasis on vegan and cruelty-free formulations, along with the use of plant-derived ingredients and commonly recognized actives such as vitamin C, AHAs, and retinoids.

At the same time, the brand provides limited transparency around active ingredient percentages and formulation details such as pH, which are key factors in determining effectiveness. This can make it difficult to evaluate potency or directly compare results with more focused alternatives. The addition of fragrance and essential oils in several products also increases the likelihood of irritation or sensitivity, particularly for reactive skin.

Careful attention to how actives in Pacifica’s formulas are combined becomes important, as layering exfoliating acids, retinoids, and vitamin C without clear guidance can increase the risk of irritation or barrier disruption. Patch testing remains useful for products containing fragrance, essential oils, or active ingredients.
