Estroven Products

  1. Complete Multi-Symptom Menopause Relief

Complete Multi-Symptom Menopause Relief by Estroven contains rhapontic rhubarb root extract (ERr-731), a plant-derived ingredient that may help ease common menopause symptoms. It could help reduce the frequency and intensity of hot flashes and night sweats, offering symptom relief.

The makers state that Complete Multi-Symptom Menopause Relief may help improve mood balance and sleep quality, areas that can often be disrupted during menopause.

As per the official website, the formula does not contain estrogen and does not raise estrogen levels. It is also free from synthetic ingredients such as MSG and Ammonium Succinate, making it suitable if you're cautious about additives.

  2. Estroven Complete + Ashwagandha Menopause Relief

Estroven claims that its Complete + Ashwagandha formula can address the physical symptoms of menopause and the emotional and cognitive challenges that might arise during this stage of life. It contains rhapontic rhubarb root extract (ERr-731) and sensoril® ashwagandha.

Sensoril® Ashwagandha in Complete + Ashwagandha formula may help your body manage physical and emotional stress more effectively. Research suggests it can support healthy cortisol and DHEA levels, which could help regulate stress response, energy balance, and hormone health.

Sensoril® could also help in improving sleep quality, mental clarity, and resilience against fatigue, which can be especially relevant if you're dealing with menopause-related stress or changes in mood.

Rhapontic Rhubarb Root Extract in Complete + Ashwagandha formula might reduce hot flashes and night sweats while also easing mood fluctuations, irritability, and sleep disturbances.

  3. Estroven Pre-Menopause

As per the official website, Estroven Pre-Menopause could help during the transitional stage before menopause, when hormonal fluctuations may begin to trigger noticeable changes.

Estroven Pre-Menopause also contains CQR-300®, Black Cohosh, and Soy Isoflavones. CQR-300® is a proprietary botanical extract that may support metabolic health and weight management. It may also help support healthy serotonin balance, which can play a role in mood stability, appetite control, and energy regulation.

Black Cohosh in Pre-Menopause could lessen the intensity and frequency of the episodes of night sweats and hot flashes. Soy Isoflavones in this formula are plant-derived compounds classified as phytoestrogens, meaning they can weakly interact with estrogen receptors in your body.

  4. Estroven Sleep Cool

Estroven Sleep Cool could help reduce the menopause-related sleep challenges, which may include difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep through the night, or disruptions caused by hot flashes and night sweats. The formula aims to address both restlessness and the physical changes that often interfere with quality sleep during menopause.

Melatonin in Sleep Cool is a naturally occurring hormone that may help regulate circadian rhythms, your body's internal sleep-wake cycle. It could help enhance the ability to fall asleep more easily and improve sleep quality. Estroven Sleep Cool could also provide extra support by promoting relaxation and restoring a healthier sleep rhythm.

The makers added black cohosh in Sleep Cool, which may indirectly improve nighttime comfort by helping to lessen vasomotor symptoms, making it easier to stay asleep without repeated awakenings from temperature fluctuations. Soy Isoflavones in this formula could help support bone and cardiovascular health, which can be relevant during and after menopause.

  5. Estroven Stress Relief & Energy Boost

Estroven claims that its Stress Relief & Energy Boost formula addresses two common challenges of menopause, such as heightened stress and reduced energy, while also supporting relief from vasomotor symptoms.

Magnolia Bark in Stress Relief & Energy Boost may help reduce anxiety, moodiness, and irritability often linked to menopausal hormonal changes. The bark contains honokiol and magnolol, two active compounds that may interact with neurotransmitter systems such as GABA, promoting relaxation without sedation and supporting a calmer, more balanced mood.

The Stress Relief & Energy Boost also includes green tea extract and yerba maté, which might provide a natural energy lift. Both are rich in antioxidants and moderate levels of caffeine, which could help combat menopause-related fatigue, enhance alertness, and improve vitality throughout the day. Soy Isoflavones in this formula mimic certain estrogen-like benefits, which could help maintain comfort without significantly altering hormone levels.

  6. Estroven Menopause Relief Weight Management

Estroven's Weight Management formula may help with weight fluctuations caused during menopause, along with symptoms like night sweats. It could support metabolic balance, helping you feel more comfortable and in control during this stage of life.

CQR-300® in Weight Management could help influence serotonin balance, appetite control, and metabolic health. It may help reduce emotional eating and improve satiety by supporting serotonin levels, which are factors that can affect weight during menopause.

Some studies also suggest Cissus quadrangularis may play a role in healthy lipid and glucose metabolism, further contributing to weight management efforts. The makers suggest taking one capsule of the Weight Management formula daily with or without food.

  7. Estroven Mood Boost

According to the manufacturer, Estroven Mood Boost helps manage menopause-related mood fluctuations, cognitive concerns, and common symptoms. It combines Black Cohosh, which may help reduce the frequency and severity of sleep disturbances, fatigue, and low energy, making your day-to-day life more manageable and supporting better sleep when nighttime sweats are disruptive.

Mood Boost formula also includes ginkgo biloba, which has flavonoid and terpenoid compounds known for their antioxidant activity. It may help improve blood flow in your brain, which could support memory, concentration, and cognitive function.

The makers state that Estroven Mood Boost could help with mental fog or lapses in focus during menopause, while helping promote sharper thinking and mental clarity.

Estroven Mood Boost also has magnolia bark, which contains honokiol and magnolol that may help reduce stress, irritability, and mild anxiety, contributing to a greater sense of relaxation and emotional stability throughout menopause.

Estroven Advantages

  1. Broad Accessibility And Mainstream Visibility

Estroven offers broad accessibility as it can be easily found in major retailers like Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Target, and Amazon, as well as on its official website. Unlike brands such as Hum Nutrition and Bonafide that are only available through online subscriptions or specialty health stores, Estroven is positioned on shelves you likely already shop from. This makes it easier for you to choose up a product during a regular shopping trip without the wait or hassle of ordering in advance.

This convenience can make the brand more approachable. If you run out, you can quickly restock at a nearby store instead of interrupting your routine. Estrioven's consistent presence in well-known retailers also signals reliability, and seeing it regularly in trusted outlets can give you more confidence in choosing it.

  2. Strong Parent Company Backing

I-Health, Inc., the company behind trusted supplements like AZO and Culturelle, supports Estroven. This could assure you that Estroven is managed by a reliable team with a track record in women's health. This backing can also ensure that what you're taking is reliable and consistent in quality. You also benefit from Estroven's connection with DSM-Firmenich, which is a leader in health, nutrition, and bioscience. Their involvement means the ingredients in your supplement are backed by scientific research, produced under strict safety standards, and continuously improved through innovation. With this level of support, you can feel confident that Estroven's formulations aren't just widely available but also adhere to strict safety standards.

Estroven Limitations

  1. Limited Vegan-Friendly Options

Estroven has limited options if you're looking for vegan-friendly supplements. Products such as Estroven Weight Management use gelatin-based capsules or animal-derived binders, which makes them unsuitable if you follow a strict plant-based lifestyle. Even though the brand highlights its use of natural ingredients, the reliance on animal-based components means you won't find fully vegan alternatives in its core product line. Estroven clearly labels non-vegan ingredients, so you can easily see what's included. However, the lack of vegan options for flagship products leaves you with fewer choices if you want menopause support that also fits with your ethical and dietary preferences.

  2. Limited Clinical Evidence

Estroven often points to clinical research on ingredients such as rhapontic rhubarb root extract in its Estroven Complete Multi-Symptom Menopause Relief and soy isoflavones in products like Estroven Menopause Relief + Weight Management. While these ingredients have shown some promise in smaller studies, most of the research does not directly evaluate Estroven's finished products as a whole. This means the clinical evidence behind the formulas you're actually using is limited and not as comprehensive as you might expect.

This can affect you in practical ways. If you take Estroven Complete Multi-Symptom Menopause Relief, you may notice that your results don't always match the brand's claims about reducing hot flashes, night sweats, or mood changes, since large-scale, independent trials on the full product aren't available. Similarly, with Estroven Menopause Relief + Weight Management, the soy isoflavone evidence is mixed, so the benefits for weight support may not be consistent. This lack of strong, product-specific research can also influence the confidence you feel in your choice.

Pros

  • The brand offers Gluten-free and soy-free options suited to people with dietary restrictions.
  • Offers a subscription service for regular users, providing convenience and savings.

Cons

  • Estroven has limited peer-reviewed clinical trials on its complete proprietary blends.
  • Higher price than some competitors.

Estroven Alternatives

  1. Bonafide Health

Bonafide Health offers a diverse range of supplements targeting menopause-related symptoms. Its product lineup includes specialized formulas such as Clairvee for menopause relief, Ristela for mood support, and Revaree Plus for hot flash management.

The brand offerings include ingredients like magnolia bark, green tea, yerba maté, and sensoril® ashwagandha, which may support stress reduction, energy, and mood.

Pricing reflects its premium positioning, with single products ranging from $55–$65, bundles exceeding $100, and essentials like multivitamins and probiotics available for $18–$28.

On the other hand, Estroven provides a broad range of menopause supplements formulated with ingredients like black cohosh, soy isoflavones, and rhapontic rhubarb root extract. The brand offers a broader array of menopause-related supplements addressing multiple symptoms, including multi-symptom relief caplets, sleep aids like Sleep Cool, stress relief, mood support, weight management with SlimBiotics, and pre-menopause support.

Estroven's pricing is generally budget-friendly ($13.99–$24.99 per product), with discounts such as 10% off subscription orders and 20% off the first purchase to support ongoing use. The brand also offers Tools like a symptom checker and gift cards, making it simpler to find products that fit your needs.

As per their official website, Estroven allows you to request a refund or a replacement within a month of receiving your product if you're not satisfied, though shipping fees may be deducted. This policy applies only to purchases made directly on Estroven.com, so if you bought from another retailer, you would need to follow their return rules.

Bonafide Health, on the other hand, only accepts returns on unopened, unused products. For first-time orders, you have 30 days from the shipment date to return, while recurring orders (refills) must be returned within 14 days. You can also exchange products within 30 days of shipment, and this applies to both new and refill orders.

Both brands could help you manage menopause, but they take different approaches. Estroven emphasizes variety and affordability, while Bonafide Health has a narrower, clinically validated, premium portfolio.

  2. Hum Nutrition

Hum Nutrition and Estroven approach wellness in very different ways. With Hum Nutrition, you get access to over 40 supplements across categories like skin, hair, nails, body, and mood health, all designed to support your better digestion, immune health, and hormonal balance rather than a specific life stage.

The brand claims to use verified clean ingredients that are triple tested by independent labs for purity and potency. Many of its supplements also include clinically studied actives like Vitamin C, Collagen Peptides, and Ashwagandha.

As per its official website, Hum Nutrition also features a Women's Health collection that specifically includes supplements like Private Party for vaginal and urinary tract health, Hormone Balance for PMS relief, and Fan Club for menopause support.

You can also personalize your routine with a quick online quiz and get ongoing guidance from registered dietitians, helping you create a wellness plan as per your needs. The brand also claims to offer a one-year limited warranty covering defects, giving you extra assurance when making a purchase.

Estroven, on the other hand, is focused on supporting you through menopause. Its supplements are designed to address symptoms like hot flashes, sleep disturbances, stress, mood changes, and weight management.

You can choose products to target individual symptoms or combine them for broader relief. The brand also offers a 30-day satisfaction policy that allows for refunds or replacements.

Hum Nutrition provides broad, personalized support for your overall health needs, like weight management, hormonal balance, and appetite control, while Estroven offers targeted options for managing menopause symptoms.

How Did We Evaluate Estroven?

  1. Refund Policy

We evaluated Estroven by considering its customer support and satisfaction approach largely through its refund policy.

The brand allows you to request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of purchase, but this only applies to products bought directly from the official website.

To initiate the process, the makers advise to email at [email protected] or calling 1-800-722-3476. Their Care Team is available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST. For faster processing, they ask you to provide your order confirmation number and have your original packaging ready.

In some cases, they may also request that you return the product, and a digital return label can be provided to make this easier.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, while replacements usually arrive in 10–14 business days, though availability issues may convert a replacement into a refund.

We also noticed a few limitations. You can only get a refund for products bought directly from the official website. If you bought from another store, you have to follow that store's return rules. Also, Estroven can choose whether to approve or deny your return, refund, or replacement, so there's some uncertainty about whether it will be accepted.

Estroven's policy is clear and user-friendly, with straightforward instructions for contacting the care team and returning products.

However, the limited flexibility for third-party purchases and the discretionary approval process are factors that influence how we rated the brand in this area.

  2. Brand Credibility

We evaluated Estroven by looking at its brand history, background, product range, and online presence. Established in 1997 by Amerifit Brands (now part of DSM-Firmenich) and headquartered in Cromwell, Connecticut, Estroven has focused on developing dietary supplements to support women through menopause.

However, in terms of online presence, Estroven has a relatively limited footprint on widely recognized review and business platforms. It is not listed on Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau, which helps assess the brand's credibility, transparency, and customer support practices.

On TenereTeam, Estroven holds a 4.5-star rating based on 5+ reviews. While this rating appears positive, the small number of reviews makes it difficult to draw strong conclusions about overall reliability or consumer perception.

  3. Real Consumer Feedback

To understand Estroven's performance as a menopause support brand, we examined verified customer reviews from Amazon across different product lines, including Estroven Weight Management and Estroven Complete Multi-Symptom, focusing on feedback shared between 2022 and 2025.

For Estroven Weight Management, users in 2025 frequently reported meaningful relief from hot flashes, cravings, and mood swings.

One reviewer in August 2025 described fewer hot flashes and less desire for sweets, while another said the supplement helped in improving sleep and focus within just four days.

Similarly, reviews from 2022 through 2025 highlight its impact on emotional stability and sleep quality, with some customers recommending it alongside other supplements like ashwagandha for added support.

However, there were also reports of side effects, as a few reviews from November 2023 described stomach pain linked to black cohosh, while a July 2025 user experienced a facial rash, suggesting ingredient sensitivities are a concern for some.

The Estroven Complete Multi-Symptom line also drew strong feedback in 2025. Many reviews cited rapid improvements in night sweats, hot flashes, brain fog, and sleep, sometimes within the first week, even though the packaging suggests up to 90 days for noticeable relief.

For instance, some users on Amazon praised the ease of a once-daily capsule, while on the downside, a few customers reported side effects like raised blood pressure, swollen ankles, and breast soreness after continued use, showing that the supplement is not risk-free. Some also felt its benefits tapered off after a few months, requiring adjustment or pairing with other remedies.

Based on these reviews, Estroven has earned trust for delivering non-hormonal, plant-based relief to many women in menopause and perimenopause by comparing multiple reviews over several years.

However, results vary significantly depending on individual health profiles. The brand's reliance on botanicals like black cohosh and rhubarb appears effective for many, yet can also lead to adverse reactions in others. Pricing is often considered fair, though the cost of daily, long-term use remains a factor.

Our evaluation suggests that Estroven is a widely valued brand in menopause care, offering relief, but it comes with limitations related to side effects, variability in effectiveness, and the need for careful consideration before long-term use.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are products offered by Estroven suitable for women with hormone-sensitive conditions?
No. Estroven offers Estroven Weight Management, which includes Soy Isoflavones that may act like weak estrogens and may not be suitable for women with breast, uterine, or ovarian conditions. Estroven does not confirm safety for this group.
  • Is Estroven transparent about its manufacturing facilities?
While labeled as U.S.-manufactured, Estroven does not provide facility names, GMP certification details, or audit results.
  • Does Estroven offer products in multiple delivery formats?
Estroven product options are limited to capsules and tablets. If you struggle to swallow pills, you won't find liquids, powders, or gummies in the product line.

Conclusion

Estroven focuses on natural formulations containing botanicals to address symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats, mood fluctuations, sleep issues, and energy changes.

According to its claims, Estroven provides products that are widely available through major retailers. Its connection with Amerifit Brands and DSM-Firmenich can also add further assurance of quality control, ingredient sourcing, and consistent availability.

However, research supporting the effectiveness of individual ingredients does not always extend to the finished products, leaving outcomes less predictable. Certain brand offerings use gelatin-based capsules, limiting suitability if you have vegan preferences.

If you are considering Estroven, review labels carefully and consult your doctor before starting, particularly if you have medical conditions or take other medications.

While Estroven offers a widely accessible, non-hormonal menopause support, its limited product-specific evidence and limited vegan formulations are important factors to consider.
