ProHealth Bestsellers

  1. NMN Pro™ Complete Powder

NMN Pro™ Complete Powder may support cellular energy, metabolic balance, and age-related biological processes. The formula centers on Uthever® B-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN), a direct precursor to NAD+ required for mitochondrial energy production, DNA repair, and many enzymatic reactions that decline with age.

Uthever® NMN works by entering cells and being converted into NAD+ through the salvage pathway. It might help regulate inflammation, mitochondrial function, and gene expression. These processes influence how efficiently muscles generate energy, how heart cells manage oxidative stress, and how tissues maintain structural integrity over time.

NMN Pro™ Complete Powder also includes micronized trans-resveratrol, which activates sirtuin signaling that relies on adequate NAD+ to function. It might help optimize how cells respond to stress, manage inflammatory signaling, and regulate metabolic activity. Micronization increases the surface area of resveratrol particles, which may improve absorption in the digestive tract and support more consistent systemic availability.

The formula also combines TMG (trimethylglycine), which could support methylation that helps regulate gene expression, detoxification, and neurotransmitter synthesis. It might also help maintain normal cellular communication and support the metabolic pathways involved in energy production and tissue maintenance.

  2. Calcium AKG Longevity

As per the official website, Calcium AKG Longevity contains calcium alpha-ketoglutarate (Ca-AKG) that combines the mineral calcium with alpha-ketoglutarate, a naturally occurring molecule in human metabolism. This formula provides a substrate that cells can use to support ongoing energy production and metabolic efficiency, as these processes become less efficient with age, by supplying AKG in a stable, calcium-bound form.

Alpha-ketoglutarate helps shuttle nitrogen between tissues and supports the synthesis of important amino acids, which contribute to muscle maintenance, tissue repair, and metabolic stability. The calcium present in this formulation may contribute to structural and signaling functions in the body. It also acts as a signaling ion that regulates muscle contraction, nerve transmission, and heart rhythm. When paired with AKG, calcium supports skeletal integrity while also participating in the cellular processes that coordinate muscle and cardiovascular function.

  3. NMN Pro™ Powder

NMN Pro™ Powder is formulated to support physical endurance, muscle strength, and metabolic markers. It contains Uthever® B-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN), which may support mitochondrial activity.

According to the official website, NMN Pro™ Powder can affect how cells respond to stress and how efficiently damaged components are repaired. These processes are connected to neurological function, metabolic regulation, and the maintenance of tissues over time. It focuses on supporting the biological systems that depend on NAD+, including energy metabolism, cardiovascular function, and cellular maintenance.

  4. NMN Pro 1000

NMN Pro 1000 is built around Uthever® B-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) that the body uses to produce NAD+, a coenzyme required for energy metabolism, DNA repair, and cellular signaling. NAD+ levels decline with age, which affects how efficiently cells generate energy and regulate stress-response pathways.

After absorption, NMN is converted into NAD+ through the NAD+ salvage pathway. This process supports mitochondrial function, which is central to how muscle and heart cells produce ATP. Improved mitochondrial activity is also linked to more stable metabolic output, which helps explain NMN’s association with muscle strength, cardiovascular function, and overall energy use at the cellular level. As per the official website, the NMN Pro 1000 formula is also available in strengths like 500mg and 300mg per bottle.

  5. Trans-Resveratrol Plus

Trans-Resveratrol Plus may support mitochondrial activity, vascular function, and cellular antioxidant systems. The official site mentions that it contains 99.5% pure trans-resveratrol from Veri-te®.

Trans-resveratrol is a polyphenol that interacts with cellular stress-response and metabolic signaling pathways, particularly those involved in mitochondrial function and blood vessel health. It influences enzymes that regulate how efficiently cells use oxygen and nutrients to generate energy, which is closely tied to how tissues age and recover from stress. Resveratrol also affects endothelial cells that line blood vessels.

According to the official website, the proprietary blend in Trans-Resveratrol Plus adds quercetin, organic red wine extract, and organic green tea leaf extract, which contain plant-based polyphenols that interact with antioxidant and inflammatory pathways.

Quercetin helps regulate cellular transporters and enzymes involved in oxidative balance, while red wine and green tea extracts provide additional flavonoids and catechins that support mitochondrial integrity and cellular defense systems.

The formula also includes bioperine®, which inhibits certain digestive and liver enzymes that break down polyphenols too quickly. This can increase their time in circulation and their exposure to target tissues.

  6. Pure Trans-Resveratrol Micronized Powder

Pure Trans-Resveratrol Micronized Powder could support brain function, DNA maintenance, metabolic regulation, and age-related cellular health. It is formulated with Veri-te® pure trans-resveratrol, a standardized and highly purified form of the biologically active resveratrol isomer. Trans-resveratrol affects mitochondrial activity and blood vessel function, both of which are important for supplying neurons with oxygen and glucose.

As per the official website, Pure Trans-Resveratrol Micronized Powder may also support the function of endothelial cells that line blood vessels, which regulate blood flow and oxygen and nutrient delivery to tissues such as the heart and joints. The micronized form of this powder increases the surface area of resveratrol particles, which can improve dispersion and absorption in the digestive tract.

  7. TMG Pro

According to the official website, TMG Pro maintains normal structure and metabolic function over time. It is formulated with trimethylglycine, a naturally occurring compound involved in the body’s methylation system.

TMG Pro could help maintain homocysteine within a normal range, which supports vascular health and stable circulation. It may also help sustain methyl balance, which influences how efficiently the liver handles oxidative byproducts and lipid transport.

Methylation affects DNA stability, membrane structure, and the synthesis of compounds such as creatine and phosphatidylcholine. These processes are tied to cell integrity, energy metabolism, and membrane fluidity.

ProHealth Advantages

  1. Longstanding Longevity Brand

ProHealth has operated since 1988, giving it more than three decades in the supplement industry. The brand started with a broad fitness focus and adapted as research on aging advanced. Over time, it shifted its mission toward longevity and healthspan support.

As longevity science gained traction, ProHealth aligned its products with cellular and metabolic health. The portfolio now emphasizes areas such as NAD⁺ pathways through NMN, mitochondrial function, metabolic formulas, and blends positioned around DNA repair. This progression reflects gradual adaptation to evolving research rather than a sudden rebrand.

This promotes access to longevity-focused products from a brand shaped by long-term exposure to regulatory, scientific, and market shifts. The gradual evolution of ProHealth’s portfolio may reduce uncertainty associated with newly formed longevity brands that lack historical context. Products aligned with cellular and metabolic health allow you to engage with aging-related nutrition concepts in a targeted manner, rather than relying on broad wellness formulations. This positioning supports a more deliberate approach to long-term health planning, particularly if you are seeking products that reflect ongoing research trends without abrupt changes in brand direction or product philosophy.

  2. Doctors Guided Brand Oversight

ProHealth claims involvement from Richard Kaszynski, who works in longevity and cellular aging. The brand claims its role supports ingredient evaluation tied to metabolic health and NAD⁺ pathways. Its input is claimed to focus on relevance and application rather than leading clinical trials.

The brand also claims guidance from Joseph Maroon, a practicing neurosurgeon with experience advising nutrition companies. ProHealth claims its perspective informs decisions around product quality, safety considerations, and long-term health relevance.

Beyond named advisors, the brand also claims to extend expert support through its Nutrition Advisor program. The program is claimed to connect you with credentialed specialists who offer guidance on longevity options. This service claims to help translate scientific context into practical use.

ProHealth Limitation

  1. Limited Independent Research Visibility

ProHealth builds its products around well-known longevity pathways such as NAD+ support, mitochondrial health, and cellular aging. It uses ingredients like NMN, resveratrol, quercetin, and senolytics at defined doses. The brand also emphasizes purity testing and manufacturing controls.

Most scientific support comes from studies on individual ingredients, not on ProHealth’s finished products. Research shows that NMN can raise NAD+ levels, or that resveratrol affects sirtuin activity when tested on its own. These studies do not test ProHealth’s exact formulas, ingredient combinations, or delivery methods in controlled human trials. There is no public evidence of controlled human trials evaluating ProHealth’s exact formulas, ingredient synergies, or delivery methods.

This means the brand’s claims rely on general longevity research rather than direct clinical validation of its specific products. The real-world effectiveness of particular dose combinations, ingredient interactions, and absorption from the final delivery format remains untested independently.
